HuntsWanted LLC (from here on referred to as "HuntsWanted.com") is the legal owner of this site. All content found on this site including source code information is the copyrighted intellectual property of HuntsWanted.com. A large percentage of the content found on this site is provided by individual Hunting Operations each of which are responsible for the accuracy of their information. In addition, the trademarks, logos and service marks displayed on this site (collectively, the "Trademarks") are registered and Trademarks of HuntsWanted.com. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks without the written permission of HuntsWanted.com, or such other party that may own the Trademarks.

HuntsWanted.com strives to provide a research resource for Hunters as well as a free advertising medium for Hunting Operations of the highest quality and integrity.

2. GENERAL RULES FOR OUTFITTER LISTINGS, ADVERTISING, POSTING REVIEWS & CONTACTING HUNTING OPERATIONS

Post only one rating & review for each Hunting Operation unless new information is provided.
Any rating & review may be verified by email for any reason
Owners, employees and their relatives of any Hunting Operation are not allowed to post reports or ratings & reviews for their company's services or for their competitors' services.
No unlawful, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, libelous, or profane material will be tolerated.
No inappropriate written, or photographic content will be tolerated
Absolutely No spam will be tolerated
No linking to any competitor of HuntsWanted.com
Qualified reviews are acceptable for Hunting Operations that you have used; however Defamation of any Hunting Operation will not be tolerated

3. USE OF SITE

HuntsWanted.com grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site as a research tool and shall not use this site for any other purposes. This site and the content provided in this site, including the text, graphics, button icons, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of HuntsWanted.com except that you may display and print the materials presented on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use any "robot," "spider" or other automatic device, or a program, algorithm or methodology having similar processes or functionality, or any manual process, to monitor or copy any of the Web pages, data or content found on this site without the prior written permission of HuntsWanted.com. You agree that you will not transmit or otherwise transfer any web pages, data or content found on this site to any other computer, server, web site, or other medium for mass distribution or for use in any commercial enterprise. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that HuntsWanted.com deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits HuntsWanted.com obtains from your use of the site. You must retain all copyright and trademark notices, including any other proprietary notices, contained in the materials, and you must not alter, obscure or obliterate any of such notices. 6. SUBMITTED CONTENT; REVIEW OF TRANSMISSION

You agree that if you provide Submitted Content, you grant HuntsWanted.com and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicenseable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, display, perform, transfer, or sell such Submitted Content in any form, media or technology for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, a commercial purpose, without any compensation to you. You agree that HuntsWanted.com may choose to provide attribution of Submitted Content provided by you (for example, showing your name and hometown on a review that you submit) at our discretion.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HUNTSWANTED.COM ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HUNTSWANTED.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, DAMAGE, OR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS), WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH (I) ANY USE OF THIS SITE OR CONTENT FOUND HEREIN, (II) ANY FAILURE OR DELAY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE ANY COMPONENT OF THIS SITE FOR RESERVATIONS), OR (III) THE PERFORMANCE OR NON PERFORMANCE BY HUNTSWANTED.COM, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. IF, NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, HUNTSWANTED.COM OR ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER OR DISTRIBUTOR SHOULD BE FOUND LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED FUNCTIONS OR USES OF THIS SITE OR ITS CONTENT, THE LIABILITY OF HUNTSWANTED.COM AND THE THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND DISTRIBUTORS SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, THE GREATER OF (A) THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE AND SERVICE CHARGE FOR ACCESSING THIS SITE, OR (B) US$100.00. IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER RIGHTS OR REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO HUNTSWANTED.COM AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, HUNTSWANTED.COM AT ANY TIME AND WITHOUT NOTICE MAY TERMINATE OR RESTRICT YOUR ACCESS TO ANY COMPONENT OF THIS SITE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THE HUNTING OUTFITTERS LISTED ON HUNTSWANTED.COM ARE NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF HUNTSWANTED.COM. HUNTSWANTED.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH HUNTING OPERATION OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM. HUNTSWANTED.COM SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY AND HUNTSWANTED.COM DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT TRAVEL TO SUCH POINTS IS ADVISABLE OR WITHOUT RISK, AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR LOSSES THAT MAY RESULT FROM TRAVEL TO SUCH DESTINATIONS.

8. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

HUNTSWANTED.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THE SEARCH RESULTS GENERATED ON HUNTSWANTED.COM ALL OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. HUNTSWANTED.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OF THE SEARCH RESULTS FOUND ON THIS SITE AND HUNTSWANTED.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF HUNTING OPERATIONS INCLUDED IN OUR DATABASE.

9. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

HuntsWanted.com acts only as an advertising medium for hunting outfitters, booking agents and guides (referred to as “Providers”) Therefore, HuntsWanted.com assumes no liability for any loss, expense, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, injury or death which results, directly or indirectly from any act or failure to act whether negligent or otherwise of any such airline, charter air carrier, railroad, other providers of transportation, hotel, hunting, or game lodges, camps, outfitter, booking agent or guides, and further agrees that HuntsWanted.com makes no guarantee as to the success, quality (including trophy animal) or quantity of game that may result from such hunting, or the effect of poor weather conditions. Additionally, HuntsWanted.com cannot be held responsible for violations of national or game laws by its’ End Users.

HuntsWanted.com shall not be held liable for any misrepresentations of its Providers if for whatever reason such provider is unable to perform its obligations or carry out any related activities, if such failure is caused by events beyond the providers reasonable control preventing it from performing such obligations or carrying out such activities including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing; acts of God, labor disputes, riots, fire, acts of restraint by government authorities, any military action, loss, accident, illness, injury or death. HuntsWanted.com can not be held liable or responsible for, but not limited to accident, injury, illness, death, loss of property or damage to property during the trip or any expense arising from such events.

The End User acknowledges that Hunting trips may involve inherent dangers and may require extreme physical activity. The End User is hereby advised that expeditions to wilderness areas for purposes of hunting is or may be of a dangerous or hazardous nature, therefore, any User undertaking such an expedition assumes that risk which includes a greater scope of risk than an ordinary risk.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You shall defend and indemnify HuntsWanted.com and any third party providers and distributors and their officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim, cause of action or demand, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this site or violation of this Agreement.

11. LINKS

This site contains links to other websites which are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by HuntsWanted.com of the contents of such other web sites. None of HuntsWanted.com shall be responsible for the content of any other web sites and make no representation or warranty regarding any other web sites or the contents or materials on such web sites. If you decide to access other web sites, you do so at your own risk.

12. RELATIONSHIP

The relationship between HuntsWanted.com and you will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Seminole County, the state of Florida, United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising from or relating to your access or use of this site must be brought within two (2) years from the date on which such claim or action arose or accrued.

14. ATTORNEY’S FEES

If HuntsWanted.com takes any action to enforce this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, such parties will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable and necessary attorney's fees and any cost of litigation, in addition to any other relief, at law or in equity, to which such parties may be entitled.

15. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF

You acknowledge that a violation or attempted violation of any of this User Agreement will cause such damage to HuntsWanted.com as will be irreparable, the exact amount of which would be impossible or difficult to ascertain and for which there will be no adequate remedy at law. Accordingly, you agree that HuntsWanted.com shall be entitled as a matter of right to seek an injunction from any court of competent jurisdiction, restraining such violation or attempted violation of these terms and conditions by you, or your affiliates, partners, or agents, without having to post a bond or other security.

16. TERMINATION

HuntsWanted.com may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions and/or the provision of any of the services at any time for any reason, including any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which HuntsWanted.com and its third party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity. Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to HuntsWanted.com as applicable.

17. ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

18. MODIFICATION

HuntsWanted.com may modify these terms and conditions at any time and your continued use of HuntsWanted.com will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

19. CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (as amended, the "DMCA") provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by us infringe your U.S. copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. Such notice must include

A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon;

20. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

A. ADVERTISERS: HuntsWanted.com may contain advertisements and/or sponsorships. The advertisers and/or sponsors that provide these advertisements and sponsorships are solely responsible for ensuring that the materials submitted for inclusion on the Site are accurate and comply with all applicable laws. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any advertiser or sponsor. HuntsWanted.com reserves the right to approve or deny any information submitted and has a review policy for all items.
B. PRICES: All prices for Banner advertising on HuntsWanted.com are negotiated in US dollars.
C. PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Visa or MasterCard payments. We also accept checks or bank wire transfer if payment with a credit card is not feasible. If you prefer to pay by check, make check payable to HuntsWanted LLC and send to HuntsWanted LLC at PO Box 1286 Geneva FL 32732. We also offer payment through our relationship with PayPal.com using our email address info@HuntsWanted.com You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing Banner Advertising from us that any credit information you supply is true and complete, charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and you will pay the charge incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
D. REFUND POLICY: HuntsWanted.com will refund a prorated listing fee less charges incurred by us within the first 30 days of posting by notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request. You may request a refund by contacting us by email at info@HuntsWanted.com. Refunds made by HuntsWanted.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method. We will issue a credit to the original credit card used.
E. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY CHANGES: At the Sole discretion of HuntsWanted.com we may change this Payment & Refund Policy. Please periodically check back to review any changes that we have made to this Payment & Refund Policy. If you have any questions about our Payment & Refund Policy please contact us by email at info@HuntsWanted.com.

21. SEVERABILITY

This User Agreement shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

22. HEADINGS

The headings used in this User Agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect the terms and conditions herein.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This User Agreement, together with any terms and conditions incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
