Need help using HuntsWanted.com?

Are you an outfitter?
To see if you're already in our database, enter your name in the "outfitter search" field and click [search].  If you come up, click the claim link to claim and edit your listing.  If the results come up empty, click "outfitters click here" to get yourself added from scratch.  If you have more than one physical location, please create your main listing and then email us so we can tie all your account together (info@huntswanted.com).

TIPS FOR EDITING YOUR LISTING

• Enter as little or as much information as you’d like but outfitter name, region and sub-region are required.  You will not be able to save your listing if these aren’t entered.
• To maximize the value of your HuntsWanted.com listing, enter as much contact information as possible.  The address, website URL, phone, email and additional contact information fields WILL appear in your listing to potential customers.  This information will be used by visitors to contact you and arrange a hunt.  This address SHOULD be the location of where visitors will actually travel to hunt.  If you have a separate mailing address that you feel people should know, please put that in your description or the additional contact information field.
• If you have a logo or other image that you would like to upload, click the [browse…] button and select the file on your computer to upload (this file should be a .jpg format and no larger than 175x175 pixels). Note: If the image does not upload successfully, please check to make sure it is a jpeg file format and that it is not too big.
• When entering region and sub-region, you should again enter where visitors will actually be traveling to hunt…not your mailing address.
• When you fill out ‘Outfitter Description’ (both summary and description) you should tell people why they should hunt at your location and anything great about your location to catch their attention and get them to call you or visit your website to find out more.
• When HuntsWanted.com launches, visitors will be able to filter their search results by amenities and types of hunts you offer.  Please be sure to check the boxes of the amenities you have available AND the types of hunts you offer.  This is not mandatory, but it will help hunters find your service.
• The last part to edit is to enter the species you have available for hunt and their respective price range.  Click the [Add New Species] button.  First select the species you’d like to add then select the minimum price and maximum price someone would pay to hunt that species at your location.  Once information is entered correctly, click [Update!].  Repeat per species.
• Click [save]
